Three dimensions and four colour variations (chromium-plated or gilt, white or red varnished), table or pendulum light – PANTOP presents itself as a light for every situation. Her filigree screen reminds of a bell. The light flows like a sound from her and illuminates the space.

Year: 1977
The world is a ball. As a shed version of the vp globe Verner Panton created the PANTO a good seven years later. With it she also embodies his unique Space Age style. The reflectors, accommodated in the core of the acrylic ball, were decimated and except of the inside of the small reflector all varnished white.

To the Cologne furniture fair in 1970 Verner Panton sketched the RING LAMP. How the name already allows to suppose, the wall and covers light exists of rings becoming smaller inwards. Besides, the light source, integrated in the centre, forms the most internal circle.

SPY, called Verner Panton his beginning of the 70s brought up light. Like a concealedly operating person, the spy’s light hides her true face first. Planned for the wall montage, her base exists of a round metal plate on which a lamp fixture was placed concentric.

A sculpture formed up from long-pulled spirals – the Spiral has more the effect of a perfect object, than beeing a bare light. Six years after the Fun, Verner Panton created the Spiral lights in support or advancement to her predecessor.

The first light of Verner Panton which was produced in a row was the TOPAN in 1959. The down open, spherical lampshade was made from polished or colorfully varnished aluminium metal (polished or brushed aluminium and in blue, turquoise, orange and red varnished) by Louis Poulsen.

As an extravagant luminous body the UFO-light floats in the air. Ring-shaped plastic tubes, hung in metal chains, form the three-dimensional body of the spaceships. Five different lamps of this kind created Verner Panton in 1975.
