A scenery formed from countless residential sculptures – this is the PHANTASY LANDSCAPE by cult designer Verner Panton. Within the scope of the Cologne furniture fair the Dane formed the psychedelic residential scenery as the heart of the Visiona 2 on the ship of the Bayer AG.

Year: 1971
Verner Panton never limited himself only to the order of single objects, but put them always in a context, incorporated the whole space with his creation. The best example: the VARNA PALACEÂ in Arhus/Denmark in which a restaurant was accommodated. Guest space, way, society halls, toilets – all rooms of the classical building found out an elementary transformation in 1971.

Year: 1971
Inspired from the Wire Cone Chair and the Wire Collection Verner Panton sketched PANTONOVA in 1971. The wire furniture series existed of wire sticks parallelly arranged to each other and left open to the sides. The deliberately elective, open creation demonstrated the pieces of furniture filigree and easily in spite of her massive construction method.

Year: 1969/1970
They were part of Verner Pantons legendary Visiona 2-exhibition within the frame of the Cologne Furniture Fair in 1970, the AMOEBAS. The skilfully curved armchairs arranged atmospheric in the ambience of countless Ring Lamp were thought up by Verner Panton in two variations.

Year: 1977
The world is a ball. As a shed version of the VP GLOBE Verner Panton created the PANTO a good seven years later. With it she also embodies his unique Space Age style. The reflectors, accommodated in the core of the acrylic ball, were decimated and except of the inside of the small reflector all varnished white.

SPY, called Verner Panton his beginning of the 70s brought up light. Like a concealedly operating person, the spy’s light hides her true face first. Planned for the wall montage, her base exists of a round metal plate on which a lamp fixture was placed concentric.
